Atomic Habits
This book provides a lot of insight and great tips for self improvement and working towards improving an individual's lifestyle. I usually take the message from self-help books with a grain of salt as they tend to repeat themselves, however this had many practical 'solutions' and techniques to maintain healthy habits and eradicate poor ones. I would highly recommend this book to others as it contains plenty of practical information. I took a lot from this book, some snippets that stuck with me is the idea that winners and losers have the same goal, the difference is in the details. The idea of habit stacking, sticking together habits that you want to achieve with daily necessary activities. One thing that is a bit vague (for me at least) is what habits to add into my lifestyle. Maybe it's just me but a lot of the 'build habits to have a better life' is a bit if fluff. Regardless, the book is full of great anecdotes and advice / tips+tricks for motivation, and I can say it is helping me try to learn Spanish and stay consistent.
